Why I am actively encouraging my members to cancel

It sounds worse than it is. Of course I don't want anyone to leave the THRIVE membership, but I am also aware that in times like these where people are worried about finances and what the winter may bring, it's important to be transparent about the process for cancelling.
My mission with THRIVE is to make midlife health and well-being simple, and every step I take with the membership comes from this place. But as this is the Company Mission, I don't really mind how this is achieved for people, as long as it is indeed achieved. So if THRIVE no longer ticks this box for you, and you have found a better way to achieve this goal, then I wish you a fond farewell and will actively help you on your way.
And so in this weeks member-mailing I have included a step by step walk through detailing the cancellation process, because we are here to support our members, full stop.
BUT...of course I would rather people stayed and so here are a few reasons why I think they should.
1 - You keep your member rate
The cost of THRIVE is ludicrously low, less than 50p each day. And although it will always be low (I want to make this accessible to as many people as possible), it may increase over time. But members get to keep their rate for the lifetime of their membership.
2 - The platform is growing
Currently inside THRIVE we look closely at MOVEMENT. But over the course of the next year I plan to expand the scope of THRIVE to cover DIET and MINDSET as well.
I hope that this will increase the level of support members receive from THRIVE, bringing us closer to our mission, and help you to keep your health and wellbeing top of mind, in the simplest way possible.
3 - Daily pilates works
