With over 20 years of experience as a Master Pilates Instructor and Health Coach, Caroline Copp brings a refreshingly honest perspective to the business side of the wellness industry. Having built, grown and sold two successful Pilates studios and supported thousands of women through movement and health coaching, Caroline understands both the rewards and the limitations of traditional wellness businesses.

Her journey into wellness began after developing ME and chronic fatigue in her late teens. After years searching for answers, discovering Pilates became the turning point that changed the direction of her life and ultimately her career.

For two decades, Caroline built a thriving in-person business, teaching classes and working closely with clients. But despite being busy and successful, she realised something many wellness professionals eventually encounter: the time-for-money ceiling. Her desire to help more people, create greater impact and build a more sustainable business led her into the world of digital programmes, memberships and online coaching.

The transition wasn’t always smooth. Like many experts moving online, Caroline experienced the frustrations of failed launches, empty masterclasses and offers that didn’t quite land. Through that process she discovered that success online isn’t about simply selling content, it’s about creating clear transformation programmes that deliver real results.

Today, Caroline helps wellness professionals break free from the limitations of trading hours for income, guiding them to package their expertise into scalable programmes that reach far beyond their local studios.
