DAY 1
Move your body
I want to show you how movement can be enjoyable and how you don't need to spend hours in a gym for it to be impactful.
In menopause and beyond, quantity is less important, we need quality - the right movement
- to build muscle
- to strengthen our bones
- to improve mobility & balance
- to energise not fatigue
- to facilitate calm
So that we can live a strong, pain-free, independent life where we are unrestricted by our bodies limitations at any age

DAY 2
Balance your blood sugars
The biggest risk to our health from menopause onwards is the risk of Chronic Disease (eg cancer, diabetes, alzheimers and heart disease), so we need to reduce our inflammation.
Focusing on nutrition from this perspective and balancing your blood sugars will allow you to support your physical body by reducing inflammation, pain and bloating. But will also beefit your emotional health by improving your energy, mood, stress and sleep.
