Shoulders! Such a problem area for so many, largely due to our lifestyles and habitual patterns of movement.

Think about the time we spend hunched over laptops, texting, in the car or on the sofa, and the position of the shoulders and overall posture.

The chest gets tight, the back gets weak and the neck becomes overworked. I

n today's session we will be focusing on safe mobility of the shoulders, stabilising the scapula and building good awareness so that we can safely mobilise and strenghten the shoulders and improve our posture.
