Tech neck, desk posture, rounded shoulders, slouched. Do you feel this when you spend a day at your desk? In midlife, as muscle mass decreases our core support structure also decreases, meaning we are far more likely to develop poor posture through spending days at a desk.

With the best will in the world, it's hard to continually remember to roll the shoulders back or pull the tummy tight, inevitably habit takes over and we are back slouched over our laptops.

This sequence will help you to refind the support structure using focus and breath. It's quick, it will reset your body and also your mind in just 3-4 minutes. Keep these exercises in your mind and repeat them a few times a day, but don't skip the breathing part because that's how we reignite the core and calm the mind!
