This "Full body flow" is was the most popular class from the 2021 THRIVE calendar, it is challenging for coordination and control, don't be fooled by the chilled vibe of the title!

I hope you'll give this session and go, but always remember that not every move is going to suit every "body".

In THRIVE we are aiming for control, concentration, focus, and intent, not perfect pointy toes or poker straight legs.

During this session take time to notice your body, paying attention to the movements you love but also nurturing your body through the ones you don't.

Use this session as an opportunity to work on progress over perfection, knowing what you are aiming for but being kind to yourself and celebrating the now - you're doing it, you made time!
