In today's pilates class we explore the detail of back extension and its importance for improving posture and reducing neck and shoulder strain.
At the end of this class roll into a little ball and allow the spinal muscles to have a stretch and relaxation.
If you are struggling with any shoulder, neck or back pain, take this class slowly, keep the moves small and perhaps do the session is 5 minute chunks, as always please seek medical guidance if unsure.
