Pilates Cardio and Relaxation for Body and Mind

This full-body session is split into 3 parts, firstly we increase the speed and the heart rate to offer a cardiovascular element with all the usual control and strength of a pilates class. Next, we stretch the body to ease the joints and lengthen the muscles. Finally, we finish with a guided relaxation to ensure those cortisol levels that can be so tricky to manage in menopause drop to a lovely low level.
