In this session, I am going to guide you through an 8-minute video that will help you to find quiet and stillness when life feels overwhelming or manic. The breathing sequence will lower your cortisol levels and clear your mind leaving you feeling refreshed and with a renewed sense of calm.
But don't worry, if you try this and spend the whole session desperately trying to switch your brain off, don't worry, that's normal. Come back another time and try again - find a quiet space, listen to your breath and more importantly be kind to yourself, there is no pressure or rush to get this right.
