20 Minute Challenging Core Session

In Pilates all sessions are core-focused.
We are always aware of the centre, allowing the muscles to support us in movement, stability, and every nuance in between. But in this session we really zone in on the core, allowing it to control our movement and also create our movement.
This is a challenging session that will take all of your focus and control. But it is great for really "feeling" the work, feeling the body strengthening, and using the core to create strong mobility and freedom in the body.
