What does good-health look like to you?

Oct 14, 2022

Question for you...are you consistent with your approach to "good-health", or is it more of a yo-yo?

If consistency best describes you, no need to read on, you're good! 😘

BUT, if you're a little more up and down, then please read on!

There are a few points in the year that stereotypically mark the “start” of a health revolution

  • January “New year, new me”
  • Easter “Get fit for summer”
  • Post summer “Next year i'll feel confident"
  • Birthdays and weddings "Feel fabulous in the dress!"

Typically these attempts are short term lasting a few weeks and it's back to business as usual, with no notable change and a nagging sensation that you’ll probably be back at the same point really soon, to go again.

So, how do we make a change that means more consistency and less yo-yo?

A change that will mean you can feel healthy, strong and consistent with your health all year round, without sacrifice?

Less Yo-Yo.
Less agonising.
Less deprivation.
Less frustration.
Less worry.
Less hatred.
Less energy and effort.

Why? Because the UK population is living longer, but in poorer health. 85% of adults live the last 10 years of their life battling with a health related illness, that is related to lifestyle and preventable!

So, we need to come at "health" from a different perspective, because if the above rings true for you, the lens you are looking through isn’t working and you’re not getting the result you're after.

So i'd love to help...If you need some help with this (read below to know for sure) just complete the attached 3 questions and we can chat more.

If this all sounds familiar but you're wondering why you should share your deepest darkest secrets with me...rest assured I've been and felt where you are. All those things you've read above...describe how I've felt at various times.

For me...it comes down to a toxic relationship with food, but for you "health" might mean managing an illness, building confidence, reducing stress, battling injury, improving consistency, understanding diet and nutrition, boosting motivation or finding a love for exercise...

I'd love to share the strategies that are helping me, so head to the questionnaire so we can chat more 😘
