4 Pilates Strengthening Exercises for Knee Pain

Knee pain can become an issue for you for many reasons but usually, a few things are going on when there is any pain in the body. There is probably an instability somewhere meaning an imbalance of muscle strength. An inefficiency, meaning the muscles aren't switching on when they are needed. Weakness in the supporting structure. Tightness surrounding the joint.
In this video, I am going to show you 4 ways to develop range, strength, and space to encourage a more even and balanced control in the body. Usually, when you zone out and look at the "whole" body you naturally create more efficiency, meaning less wear and tear, more balanced movement, and therefore less pain.

1. Clams
2. Single leg lift
3. Bridging
4. Prone hip extension.
