At THRIVE we have developed effective (mostly non-sweaty) sessions that can be done in just 20 minutes!
We are keen to ensure that you get the most from your membership by providing workout calendars, no need to make any decisions over what session to do, all that you need to do is roll out your mat and press play.

Our workouts are all saved for you in a handy members area, where you can choose to follow the monthly workout “plans” or access the on demand library and choose a session to suit your mood.

We have regular “live” signature workouts and monthly Q&A sessions with amazing experts from the world of menopause including nutrition, HRT, relationships, stress to name just a few.
