Before you buy the course there a few things you need to know about what you are purchasing, what you can expect and the support you will get from me. The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the self-study programme, “Scaling Wellness Accelerator (SWA)” offered by Caroline Copp Business Coaching. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Caroline Copp] (“I”, “me” or “my”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the Scaling Wellness Accelerator. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.

Programme Outline
Scaling Wellness Accelerator is a 125-day coaching and implementation programme which uses curriculum training, live training, support and accountability to help wellness experts scale and grow their digital products.
Following the initial 125-day period, there may be an opportunity to renew or extend your access.
Programme Specifics
Following successful purchase of the Programme you will receive access to the community, curriculum, call recordings, live support and training materials.
The Programme includes:
- Three live coaching and Q&A calls per month
- One implementation week per month
- Access to the Accelerator curriculum and Kajabi training portal
- Templates, resources and implementation tools
- Monthly live clinics covering messaging, content, funnels and advertising
- Access to the private Slack community
- Accountability and implementation support
- Access to call recordings and replays
VIP participants will additionally receive monthly 1:1 strategy sessions and enhanced personalised support.
The Programme provides strategies, support and guidance to help you grow your business.
Whilst many participants have found the Programme valuable, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results.
Failure to attend live sessions, engage with the community, implement the strategies taught or utilise the resources provided may limit your ability to benefit from the information shared.
The Programme is not bespoke and includes general business education, coaching and support. Should you require additional individual support, that may be available separately.
It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught within the Programme to your own business circumstances both during and after the Programme.
Each participant is unique and their starting position, experience, implementation and commitment to the Programme will vary.
The aim is that following completion of the Programme you will have new information, strategies and techniques together with greater clarity around your next steps for growth.
Please be aware that the Programme is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or written materials.
Programme Access
Your access to the Programme will last for 125 days from the official Programme start date.
During this period you will have access to the Kajabi portal, training materials, recordings and Slack community.
At the end of the 125-day period access will be removed unless a renewal or extension has been agreed.
Payment Terms
The cost of the Programme is £2,000 or £3,000 for the VIP package.
You may also choose to pay using an agreed payment plan.
This is not a membership and all purchases are final (please see below for details about refunds).
Please be advised that once you have accepted these terms, the Fee is fixed at the price advertised.
We may increase the Fee for future participants. We reserve the right to add additional training modules and update the Programme. Where we do this, we may invite you to upgrade to an enhanced version for an additional fee, but at no time will there be any obligation for you to upgrade.
If the total paid under a payment plan is higher than the pay in full option, this does not represent a penalty fee but reflects the additional risk and administrative costs involved in offering payment plans.
In all circumstances, the Fee must be paid in full, even if you decide that you no longer wish to participate.
The payment plan is not a subscription which you can opt out of or cancel. It is designed to make the Programme more affordable and is not an option to try before you buy.
If you are paying by instalment and fall behind on payments due to an expired card or any other circumstance, we will attempt to contact you.
We reserve the right to pause your access to the Programme, Kajabi portal, recordings and Slack community until any outstanding payments have been settled and your account has been brought up to date.
Please note: missed payments will be pursued.
Support
The aim of the Programme is that you should be able to access the materials and support with ease.

Support is primarily provided through the Slack community, coaching calls and Programme resources.
Whilst every effort will be made to respond promptly, support is not provided in real time and response times may vary.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me.
Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will receive your name and email address but not your financial information.
Please be aware that coaching calls, live trainings and clinics may be recorded and your name, image, voice and contributions may be captured.
Recordings may be stored within the Kajabi portal and made available to other participants within the Programme.
If you provide or share information about yourself or your business during live sessions, that information may be visible to other participants.
By joining the Programme, you agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared by other participants and not disclose such information outside the Programme.

Refunds and Cancellation
As you are purchasing digital content and coaching services, refunds are only available in limited circumstances.
By purchasing the Programme, you acknowledge that access to digital materials, resources, recordings and support may be provided immediately.
All sales are final unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.
Should you decide not to participate, fail to attend calls, change your mind or otherwise choose not to continue, no refund will be provided and any outstanding payments remain payable.
Should you consider that any digital content supplied is faulty or inaccessible, please notify me immediately and I will seek to resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
You will be provided with Programme materials.
At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with Caroline Copp Business Coaching.
You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate, reproduce or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.
AI Usage
Programme materials, recordings, templates, frameworks and resources may not be uploaded to, used to train, develop or improve artificial intelligence systems, language models or similar technologies.
Programme content may not be reproduced, repurposed or distributed using artificial intelligence tools without prior written permission.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have feedback about the Programme, please do share it with me.
I always welcome constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

General
I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these Terms of Purchase and the Full Programme Terms & Conditions in respect of the services delivered to you.
These written terms constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable.
If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted and the remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by English law.
The Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of your purchase of the Programme.
