Your challenge schedule
Day 1 Repeater. Hone your technique and build strength in this full body toning class.
Day 2 Core. Trim the waist and some! A full core sessions finding ALL those core muscles.
Day 3 Low intensity intervals but with "high INTENTION". Making every move count whilst raising the heart rate just a little!
Day 4 Mobility. In this class we use stretching to stand taller and to help us to access the full range of muscles available.
Day 5 Full body. A lovely lengthening and strengthening pilates class that will focus your mind and help to to feel really connected to your body.

Meet your trainer, Caroline Copp
Hi, I'm Caroline, founder of MindBodyMeno and the THRIVE membership, and I've seen first hand the vast impact of menopause, how a changing and ageing body can result in low confidence, unpredictable moods and dropping energy levels.
As a pilates teacher, I have worked closely with women through menopause and beyond for over 14 years, and I really believe in the value of short chunks of tailored movement every day. In just 20 minutes we can not only "clear the fog...and trim the waist" but we are happier, we have more energy, we are less anxious and stressed and we feel better from the inside-out. And when it's only 20 minutes it's so easy to stay on track and avoid overwhelm!
